Having Trouble Obtaining a Mortgage Modification?
A mortgage is the largest monthly expense of a typical family, eating up 30 percent or more of monthly take-home pay. If you are financially strapped and you're worried that soon you won't be able to make your mortgage payment, NOW is the time to act. Learn more about mortgage modification and mortgage refinancing options.
New Programs Are Available
The federal government has created a number of programs to help Americans who are struggling to make their house payments or whose homes have lost value and are now worth less than they owe on the mortgage. If you qualify for help through one of these programs, you may be able to lower your mortgage interest rates and your monthly payments. That may be enough to help save your home from foreclosure.
To learn more about federal mortgage modification and mortgage refinancing programs, call the Law Office of Raymond Mastroianni at (508) 473-8801.
